Studies in Architecture, studies in Psychology and a degree in Criminology (Polytechnic University of BCN, UB University of Barcelona and UDG University of Girona).
The relationship with artistic painting and creativity comes from very young, in the 70s, to the present, with some pause in between, given the circumstances of the moment.
Love of Art.
The activity is extensive, with about sixty exhibitions, so far, both individual and collective, in Galleries, Halls, Fairs and establishments (in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Vienna, Denmark, Alicante, Sabadell, Girona, Blanes (Costa Brava) and in other cities of Catalonia ...) There is also participation in different illustrations, posters, sets in plays and member of the Costa Brava International Film Festival Jury, among others.
Plastic artist with a trajectory marked by experimentation and constant evolution. Characterised by a deep sensitivity towards the balance between reason, intuition, structures and momentum.
My painting has gone from figurative to impressionism and abstract expressionism. It is currently characterised by an abstract expressionism, and often with touches of balance with the figurative.
It is a game of appearance and disappearance that generates a visual illusion in which the main motif is partially revealed, inviting the viewer to contemplate the image from his own perception. It is to live an experience of active contemplation, where the figurative and the abstract expression coexist in harmony, achieving an atmosphere that evokes both reality and the mystery of the indefinite.
I "deconstruct" the fundamental elements, those formally structured, giving it a new structure and visual architecture, It is almost a philosophical concept. Matter and color flow to create a final composition with meaning. I explore the relationship between nature and the human being.
Style and expressive technique, with oil painting, plastic and mixed, with brushstrokes and energetic stains, with strength, combining matter, gesture and color. Creating moments, interior landscapes where emotion and memory dialogue with form. Seeking to capture moments in which the visible and the invisible touch, inviting the observer to stop and feel.
